Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

For digital photography deliverables (digital image files, online galleries, etc.):

  • Turnaround Time: Standard delivery is within 2-4 weeks from the photography session date, depending on the package selected and the season. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
  • Delivery Method: Digital files will be delivered via a secure online gallery with download capability. You will receive an email notification when your gallery is ready.
  • Access Period: Online galleries remain accessible for 60 days from the delivery date. We recommend downloading and backing up your images promptly. Extended gallery hosting is available for an additional fee.

2. Physical Products

For physical products (prints, albums, USB drives, etc.):

  • Production Time: After final approval of designs or selections:
    • Prints: 7-10 business days
    • Photo albums: 4-6 weeks
    • Custom framed prints: 3-4 weeks
    • USB drives and packaging: 2-3 weeks
  • Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production (free for orders over $150)
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after production (additional $25)
    • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days after production (additional $45)

3. Shipping Carriers and Coverage

We use reputable shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. All physical product shipments include tracking and insurance up to the full value of your order.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package specifications. Please note that:

  • Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 7-21 business days after production
  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the country of origin

5. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our studio for clients within the [City Name] area. Pickup appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM after you receive notification that your order is ready.

6. Shipping Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, reshipment will incur additional shipping charges.

7. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver products within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High volume periods (e.g., wedding season, holidays)
  • Custom product manufacturing issues
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Weather or natural events

We will communicate any significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates as soon as possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Document any visible damage to the packaging before opening
  • Take photographs of damaged items as evidence
  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery (for damaged items) or within 10 business days of the expected delivery date (for lost items)
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for replacement items to be produced and reshipped at no additional cost
